Episode 41: Recognizing Your Team

Do you have a culture of recognition in your veterinary practice?  Join Aspire founder and leadership consultant Randy Hall along with Dr. Julie Reck, owner and founder of Veterinary Medical Center of Fort Mill in South Carolina, as they discuss a variety of ways to show gratitude and recognize your employees.

Employee recognition can be a challenge.  Whether through a week-long event or during small moments throughout the day, it can be difficult to be consistent with recognition.  However, when you create a culture of recognition, everyone on the team – not just leaders – develop the habit of expressing gratitude and appreciation for the great work that happens in your practice each day.  Randy and Dr. Reck discuss how to create this culture and share examples of both big and small ways that you make employees feel valued.
